@@whattfulookingat Brutal mode for 3 is hell, for 1 and 2 it's alright. 3 is shorter so I would say they are quite equal. However for a polished game such as UC4 where you can't utilize the non-cover system, it's absolutely awful. It's supposed to be a cover game. Not pop out and die in 1 second on CRUSHING MODE. Just look at the mansion and the beach one at the endgame. Probably the worst map designs in all of Uncharted history. Hint- they haven't changed a bit about their maps. 360 open area bs

the tower section and the unarmed chase in syria were both absolute cancer and i was so relieved when i finally beat them. bluepoint most definitely didn't test those.

@@emporioalnino4670 Brutal mode wasn't added by Naughty Dog, and it's not even for the Platinum. It was added by Bluepoint for DLC, it wasn't designed to do it this way, Crushing is hard, but this is a stupid mode to ask us to do to get 100% on a loved franchise of remasters.

Basically died non-stop on the same spots on crushing, it freaking sucks how some moments are meant to be smooth cinematic transitions and etc but you ended up getting stuck on because it feels like that part wasn't designed to be played on highest difficulties, funny thing is i don't remember being this hard when i finished crushing on ps3.

@@hypernel1798 I think Drake's Fortune is my least favorite one on crushing, mainly cause of the controls and some of the level geometry, meanwhile i'd say 3 is the second hardest and 2 is the easiest

If you don't have a lot of good luck then forget try to play this mode. There's a good reason why ND never get to do Brutal they don't do instant rage quit bullshit mode but they can push it.

Never play Uncharted on Brutal, apart from it's not even necessary for platinum and the only thing you gain by playing Brutal is by making yourself sick and damaging your brain neurons because of the rage you've been through. That is the reason why people today are cold, serious and angry. If it weren't for that, everyone would be normal and happy. It is the fault of the extreme difficulties

Chapter 12 as a whole is the infuriating Brutal experience bar none next to the unarmed section. Just as bad as the instant death checkpoint from 2’s train level and the QTE part of 1’s final chapter.

I knew i wasnt the only one dealing with this bs in all three games. First one on crushing wasnt too bad but damn 2 and 3 are cheap af

Replaying the first Uncharted on Crushing and it is pretty tough. Pretty much die on every encounter.

2:23 this part is complete bullshit in brutal you don’t even get a chance you got do this three times and in one of they are three enemies all together on the top shooting and never running out of ammo and when you got out to fire you die immediately even while reloading it peaks your body out so it just depends on your luck and after a whole bunch of fucking tires you get past only to be greeted with one more enemy that will probably kill you a few times too and when you past there’s one more enemy right above you and if you die in any of these sections you gotta fight them all over again seriously this part is some of the most unfair shit in gaming I ever seen

I get so angry seeing that section because I was stuck on it for days because Brutal is such garbage in enemy balancing and trying to take them out with a clunky aiming system. The fact their rate of fire is so inconsistent really adds to the pure hell of it all. “Watch your step!” More like watch your fucking face because my fist is going right into that skull. I hate Chapter 12 so much for both being the most unforgiving chapter and one of the most pointless narratively.

0:32 at this point I would’ve questioned how any normal human being is supposed to get past this part on this BS difficulty

Found out in syrian chase scene. Hide behind the rock on the left side next to the wall. If you manage to reach it . The cant hit you, and the troops shooting ontop of the wall. Cant shoot down at you. So you can heal up for the rest of the way.

I understand that a lot of you guys feel this is bullshit but this is actually a realistic standpoint. Since it is realistic, Drake wouldn't be able to take shitloads of bullets and have quick regen of health. He would be bound to die at some point.

This aint realistic bruh... youll die instantly right after you spawn/respawn. No time to get into cover position. Enemies can still hit you even when you behind cover because of the crazy large hitbox. No balance and unfair.

Almothkar 7kBB Right. But since this is still a game, there needs to be some abandonment of realism even in a more realistic setting so that it’s properly balanced. Either give Drake a decent amount of health to take damage or make the enemies go down in a few shots too

@@blue_red_screen respect for accomplishing that legit!! I had to install the older version of the collection (there’s a patch that stops the glitch in U2 and U3) but there are videos on how to get it to work once you have the right version installed

Brutal is a BS trophy to get, it’s stupid that BluePoint decided to add something without testing it to see if it’s doable.
