As we face ambiguity through our lives it can feel overwhelming. Cyrus and others share candid experiences of ambiguity in their lives and how to embrace it for change and growth. He seamlessly transitions from emotions to practical and approachable actions we can take to acknowledge a state of change then come through it with hope and direction. An inspirational and informative message to hear for both personal and professional growth. If you are waffling on whether or not to watch this talk, just do it. Take the leap. Agreed Meg…I am here on the front line ready for the race! Curiosity about Ambiguity in the workplace and be a better leader lead me here on you tube, then ted talks, then this video, then this comment, which blessed me with more acceptance of a new exciting career in a new location in a “new” growing field with infinite opportunities, and helping me cope with a new and now clear path to this exciting new frontier in my life. Very unintended consequence of my “ambiguous” journey of knowledge today, and acceptance of what I know and dont know. Now I know more than a professional tool….I know how to process and embrace massive life changes for the better. Blessings, harmony, and prosperity!
