Good vid. I was shocked to hear Wagner does not include a manifold/filter. $2K is a premium price and IMO a manifold/filter should definitely come with this machine. Since you have used several machines you should record a video on the differences in hoses. Graco seems too stiff and the Titan hose has a little more flexibility but not much more. My blue aftermarket hose (probably China made) has more flexibility than Graco or Titan, but will probably not last as long.

Nice one colin. You are now a ferrari amongst fiats. An absolute fabulous piece of kit for fine finish work. Try it with d low pressure .17 and .19s works a lot better than piston pumps. Add a twin hose and gm4600 or 4700 AA gun and your laughing all d way

Purchased the titan elite 3000 for the lifetime pump warranty. It didn’t work in a hopper position. I found it didn’t have enough oil in the pump. There’s a dipstick on the pump that shows the oil level. I need that manifold filter.

What country are you from às the manifold I brought was from the UK, also did you top up the hydraulic fluid, it's very easy to do

Yes they do but its branded as titan . The titan and the Warner diaphragm pumps are the exact same machines.

Do you know what the difference between the 23 plus and the 23 Pro Colin? Looking at getting a diaphragm setup myself and struggling to find the difference between the two machines as it seems they have the same pump. Cheers

If you look at it this way why would all the other sprayers have a third way of filtering it if it didn't really need it. Don't get me wrong I've used it twice now without a manifold filter housing on I had to send mine back it was leaking, no real issues with it and one of those days I was spraying for 7hrs . I just think the amount of money we've spent on it it's worth having the 3 filters on it like the other machines rather than just the two , and if you look in your manual it's even got a picture of the manifold housing and how to set it up as an optional extra , that's what drew my attention to it , I didn't even notice it didn't have one up to that point.

Hi col. I’m looking into AAA myself, and this pump kept coming up the more i looked into it. But the thing that put me off buying it was the fact the pump never stops running? and that’d just annoy me like mad also my customers I’m sure. Your 395 or t4-5 would have been more than up to the job for AAA. I actually opted for a Graco GX21 to convert it to AAA as I don’t do any site work and do purely domestic. However I’m sure you’ll be pleased with your new toy Cheers dude James

Honestly the machine isn't loud at all I was very surprised on how low the noise was. By far more quiet than the t5 and the 390. Its a real good machine I'll have more videos coming up soon . Thanks for watching 👍

Which is your preferred machine Colin , the Wagner or the t5 or does it depend on what you are spraying ? Iam quite happy with my t5s Trouble free work horses
