Good luck . The easiest way to get a 350z motor out is from the bottom of you got a lift . The fitment is the hardest part .

I honestly can’t remember since it’s been so long but I’m pretty sure all the bolts came with the Collins adapter kit, so I dont remember the size unfortunately my friend

out of curiosity why is your 2jz gte valve covers not stock? those valve covers are 2jz ge valve covers??

  • @JacobRosproy

Great question! It’s because the GTE covers are incredibly rare, and thus unreasonably expensive. I’ve tried searching high and low for a good deal on a set, but anywhere I look sellers are asking between $200-$400 for a SINGLE GTE valve cover, and between $300-$600 for a pair. The GE valve covers have the same bolt pattern as the GTE with the exception of one bolt on the exhaust side, so it’s more reasonable functionally and financially to buy a $70 set of GE covers instead. They may not look as nice, but they get the job done.

Never had any. The block is from a GE Non-VVTi and the cylinder head is new from Toyota. I have old GE Non-Vvti covers and the VVti Covers that are on it now, that’s it.
