yeah of course so over the years nike and jordan have moved away from selling their shoes at small one off stores and moved towards selling mostly online purely for the profit not saying it's a bad thing it's just business but they have caused quite a lot of small retail stores to go out of business

Well, a lot of the “mom-pops” owned stores are known (still are) to back door Jordan’s before their release. This is one of many reasons Jordan and Nike decided to go this route. It is still happening but at a lesser degree. This is one reason you’ll see Jordan’s sitting on shelves. Damned if they do and damned if they don’t.
