Polk T15 - amzn.to/36bO8Do
Fosi Mini Amp - amzn.to/3k0qFcU
Great speakers for home theater or turntables! But you need a strong amp to really get the feel for it (kinda like Fosi mini amp)

I hooked mine up to a 500wpc amp. Sounded great. The key is to not hook them up to too small of an amp. Your ears will tell you when you are too loud, the more headroom the better.

Polk does make great speakers but I have to say a hard no to the T15 model. I listened to them over 2 years ago in Best Buy and the sound was too thin and boomy in a bad way. I would go with the Monitor, XT, or Tsi 200. I have the monitor 40 and they sound great. They were basically discontinued for the TSI 200 model.

I have eight Polk T-15s connected to a Yamaha AS301 Stereo Amplifier. I wire two in parrallel on the A speaker outputof noth the right and left and the same on the B speaker output. I stack 4 speakers for channel to sort of create a linear arrary. I also have a Polk PSW-10 subwoofer conected to the amp. The cost of the Amp was $349 and $196 for the 4 pairs of T-15s. The subwoofer was $99.00 so just under $600 for the system. These are in a large family room. I use a dedicated laptop PC for streaming (burned most of my CD collection on the PC) , a CD/DVD player, Turntable, Cassette Deck and Televison with it. It is a budget Hi-Fi system and I love the sound of it good value for the money.

Do you find that the speakers are at the same volume, I like active speakers because you can calibrate each speaker to the same level. • @sazzad_hossain.s

You won't have to adjust volume for each speakers, the amp will do it. A pair of active speakers will be connected to each other, and you still adjust volume from one amp. 1 amp, 1 audio source, 1 master volume control for as many passive speakers I can connect to it :)

Polk speakers are way over-priced here in Canada, but I got these for $99 with price matching from Best Buy. Canadian companies including Axiom, Paradigm, Fluance are way better for price - to - performance. I don't see the T15 as "Real Polk" audio engineering. More like "we'll stick our Polk insignia on the speaker and have it cheaply mass-produced in Mexico or China hocus pocus Polk speaker"... However, I love the keyhole on the back for easy wall mounting. At their best for surrounds, above the listening space, spreading the sound over a wide area, and apparently are purposely wired out of phase, as they weren't really meant for placement at ear level. Plus lately I have come to really enjoy them as main speakers for late night viewing as they, understandably, don't have too heavy bass, though they hold it surprisingly adequately for their size, and have pretty good, crisp highs. Efficient at 89DBs. They look nice too, with their compact, contemporary styling and would do well as computer speakers. I will probably stuff mine with polyfill or something to dampen them a little. You can put them almost anywhere. Same old speaker as R1s, R10s, R15s (my favourite for looks) and M10s (least favourite), just slight cosmetic differences.

Polk must of been running that model for some years now... I bought mine 4 years ago or so and the logo on mine is different.. Still same model but my tweeter casing seems a tab smaller in diameter...Still awesome speakers...

@@bikdav The M10 has exactly the same specifications, including dimensions and weight, the only difference is the frequency response 60Hz-24kHz. To be honest, I suspect it is just a change on paper Polk made to name it T15

I also have a little amp, to which i connected the RCA cables (input for turntable and output to speakers). Ofc i had to cut the cables for the speakers but it doesnt work... Can anyone help me? If anyone is willing to, I can elaborate. Thanks

@@guillaumes9524 these are passive speakers which needs an amp to power them. So u have to connect ur record player to pre-amp using rca cable, then connect ur pre-amp to an amp using another rca cable, then u connect these speakers to ur amp using speaker cables

@@guillaumes9524 pre-amps are different then amp, if ur turntable already has a built in pre-amp then u don't need an extra one.. so in that case it depends on ur amp that's going to power the speakers, connect another audio source to ur amp and see if ur speakers work... check out the following site, it'll give additional details on connectivity - vinylrestart.com/can-i-connect-my-turntable-directly-to-speakers/

@@rezarohoman6201 Very nice AVR! For Atmos setup, take a look at Polk OWM3 speakers, they are pretty great. You can also use the T15, at the end your AVR will send specific audio signal for Atmos experience :) then you can play around with speaker location for best results
