Im so lucky to be able to show you my new laptop that ill be using for Univercity and for my channel! Looking forward to all the new tricks I can learn with it and short cuts and am so grateful for my university and DSA for supporting me in getting it. I hope you enjoy the video!

How much did the dsa pay towards the macbook? just wondering cause i might pay to upgrade too x
Thanks for this vid! It’s really helpful to know there’s someone in the same position as me. Quick question, did you have to ask your needs assessor first before you upgraded, as I’m not sure if some of the software was compatible with the MacBook IOS? X

Most software can be put on IOS but I would double-check first depending on what you need z

Hello you should message them, mine was on the side of the box in the most obvious place! If you check each part of a the boxs and equipment you should find something but if not just call them and they should be able to give It to you x

Hey can I ask how much the macbook cost you? I've just completed my needs assessment and discussed upgrading to a mac with the advisor, and was just wondering how much it was, cos I know it is like the difference plus 200 or something haha x

Hiya so yeah they will give you around £300 altogether, your university may also help with extra costs xx

I think DSA put £300 towards and my uni covered the rest for me- normally if you explain why you need a certain one they will help cover the cost! Hope this help x

@@aaliyahpatel2819 hello! I think I might make another video about this but basically my corse required me to have software that is only on a Mac like I had already purchased Final Cut Pro for £300 so I needed to get a mac x
