Hey Faye, that pink building was actually a bubble factory. I would do a little vignette for valentines if it was a Cindy shop. I will be doing one for my coffee bar soon.

The facade buildings are terrific! We have an old beatup wooden ladder that we've used in the past for display that I might just have to break out of storage to display them on!!!

Good morning! 😁 I LOVE your name “love is patient”. Such a wonderful reminder from 1 Corinthians. The truffle factory is my favorite too. I am so excited to get started soon. I have to get my current village down first.

Miriam, I love every single piece, they are fabulous. I promised myself last year that I would not buy myself single piece since I have almost 200 buildings plus accessories and no more space to store them, BUT, after seeing these great pieces I might end up breaking my own promise...They are just wonderful!!!

🤣😂🤣. You sound like the rest of us. What I am doing this year is getting rid of a few old pieces to make room for the new ones. That way my storage closet won’t overflow. 😂🤣. Let me know if you break down and get a piece.

I was thinking if you when I opened those. They might be a perfect solution for your bay window. They are truly more beautiful in person than the video even shows. 😁

When I saw those 2 big boxes, my heart fluttered! I was like "what did we get!" 😂 My favorite is the wine bottling and the cheese factory. I can't wait to see what else we got! 😂

Hi Miriam, I'm so glad Mom watches your vidoes too, but KZread just doesn't want to let me know when you have a new post. Grrr. Anywho, I'm so loving the buildings that you got. All the movement with the chocolate and bottle factories, the adorable bubble/soap shop, the library with the books inside and don't even get me started on those facades. WOW! They are amazing. When Joann Fabrics used to sell houses, I always went for the unique ones based so size, shape or type of building that is was. You defintely have some winners here. Can't wait to see your next video with all your figurines and supplies. As always, all the best to you and yours.

After watching your video, I had to have the 2 building facade pieces and the bottling company piece. I just ordered them. Definitely not a cheap hobby! Are you planning on using the existing village with these pieces? You need a bigger table! LOL. I'm so excited for this year. My village will be completely different with my new platforms and pieces. No, definitely not a cheap hobby but sooooo enjoyable! 😁 I will be using all the new pieces mixed in with some of my other pieces. I won’t be displaying everything I have next year. Aw, that’s sweet, thanks Sabrina. I am glad to have made your day. Ehobbytools.com usually takes reservations for orders in July. I emailed my contact Dave over there this morning to confirm this. If you want to buy them in the stores, they usually don’t hit most stores until October. I will let you know as soon as I hear back from Dave. 😃

Hey, isn’t it a great building! I am so excited to use it this year. Are you able to identify where the noise is coming from? I wonder if you could lube one of the joints. Mine is very quiet. Have you tried emailing Lemax about it? They might be able to offer suggestions as well. They are really good about returning emails.

Love your new buildings they are amazing Miriam. Can't wait to see them in your whole village, may I ask when are you planning to get your village going again? and do you have any new ideas you will be adding? Question! Do the motors on the animated houses hold up pretty well? We have had serious issues with a couple of Dept 56 motors. I found a guy on ebay who sells replacement motors, but the old motors are just about impossible to get out of the houses - without breaking the houses. Now we only use the motion very occassionally - like when we have folks over to see the setup.

I bought my first motorized piece 5 years ago and I have never had a problem with any of my pieces so far. I do turn them on and off according to the instructions. Some have to be turned off by the toggle switch only to reset the units in the proper place.

Hey Noemi, Lemax actually sent them directly to me. I know ehobby should begin taking reservations soon. The only one that you won’t find there is the truffle factory. That is sold only at Michaels.

Good morning Veronica, I had the same problem at my Michaels last year. They had very little Lemax inventory compared to other years. The buildings are made from a poly resin. A lot of their buildings the last few years have been made with this material. It’s almost villaging time! I’m getting so excited!! 😁
