Is the puzzle at 10:25 a burr puzzle? I would also like to ask what is the puzzle at 34:45? :)

Not really. There are similarities, but really it's a matter of putting them in or taking them out in the right order and in the correct position. You don't have to do any complex move sequences to remove the pieces, like you would on a burr.
