You an replace eggs with 2 flax meal eggs 2 tbsp of flax meal to 5 1/2 tbsps of water Also add 2 tbsps of lemon juice for leavening

Your raisen bread looks amazing I'm in Melbourne Australia I can't have husk as allergic to and if you don't want bread to fall apart put in Xanthan gum it makes it elasticity which may have been in your flour blend but not every flour blend in Australia have it in I'm all so high fructose high sorbitol and low lactose I'm not sure what that other ingredient is you put in as not heard of it before and been celiac for 14 years and still can't get the bread right will it work for normal white loafs of bread to thank you I'll give it a shot without the husk ❤

Unfortunately, sugar plays a huge role in this bread, not just as a sweetener, but also has a tenderizer. It cannot be replaced.
Wooow I want to try it it looks amazing . It doesn't work if I use honey instead of sugar😢
Is it possible to not use the enhancer, or is it absolutely crucial to making the dough? Seriously interested in trying out your method. Thank you so much!

I just checked the link and it is the correct one that I use. There is no wheat in it.
Also how many cups is 453 grams of gluten free Flour??
When your recipes call for butter, do you use salted or unsalted? Thank you

I always use salted butter in all my baking, unless I'm making something like croissants or puff pastry.

Hi, I followed your Gluten Free Sandwich bread today. After about 2 hours it did rise. I placed dough in my glass bread container. Set oven at 450 for 15min and at 375 for about 50min. Unfortunately, it did not rise, it caved in the middle. 😅

Oh no! It could have been either under proofed or over proofed. Did you not do the second rise before it went into the oven?
Is the bread flour gluten free the dough looks like ordinary flour
