Schönes Rezept! Bei uns gibt es das mit Petersilienwurzel und Liebstöckel statt Sellerie. Meist reibe ich eine rohe Kartoffel rein statt Sahne zu nehmen.

Всё ,что есть из приправ и овощей, всё туда и будет вкусно,😊
Тоже так готовлю, только заливаю водой, а потом можно кусочек сливочного масла, даже без сливок, яркий вкус, замечательный рецепт. С удовольствием посмотрела какие приправы добавляете, подкорректирую приправа свой рецепт. Спасибо)

Я вот не могу есть протёртый суп. Не я,не мои не будут есть,так конечно все хорошо с хорошими продуктами.
Моя бабушка даже не знала,что такие специи существуют.

Спасибо , понравилось , но от мяса не отказываемся , недавно варили подобный суп из тыквы , в нем присутствовал картофель , морковь , чеснок , лук , перец , копчёная паприка , укроп , петрушка , получилось тоже очень вкусно !

@Healthy recipes, Thank you so much for the wonderful idea. The soup is amazing! Please, allow me to share a few comments about the process. We always toss the chopped onion in hot oil. The potato cubes need to be washed really well. The peas need to be defrosted. When you throw in such an amount of frozen peas, the cooking process is interrupted. Lastly, the broth (water) should be boiling. This way the cooking process is flowless and you don't need to wait.

Mly mama made homemade peanut soup now that I love my mama made good lentil soup too German love there sausages potatoes cabbage venershitals and fried home made potatoes mama put onion and cut up green cabbage with the potatoes suerkraut and spareribs and homemade apple strudel yum and her purple cabbage was so good we ate on holidays GERMANY good people good food ❤
