Bloody rip snorter. Loved the cooking session. Never seen such big Snapper, a 60's would have had nice fillets though but to catch and release, top stuff.

Hey mate, here it is: Marinade Recipe: Adjust quantities to your liking- Juice of 1 Lemon 1 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil 2 cloves of Garlic crushed 1 teaspoon of Ginger 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce 1 tablespoon of Soy Sauce 1 teaspoon of Paprika 1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper 1/2 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
