Just Discovered Guy Winch and have been binge watching his videos. He is an incredibly talented communicator, and has helped me to contextualize my own suffering as it relates to a romantic breakup.

This book helped me a lot, He is such an amazing guy to help people. When I'm feeling down I listen to him over and over..

I fell upon Guy Winch's Ted Talk a few weeks ago and I've been listening to him ever since. His explanations on heartbreak make so much sense and have been helping me tenfold as I am going through a very difficult situation at the present time. Definitely thinking of purchasing his book. 🙏🏻

Lost my kitty and then a few months later the relationship that I lost my virginity in. But I know he wasn’t right for me. I made the list of cons guy talked about and I know I’ll be ok in a few months. My heart goes out to anyone else in pain ❤️

I am still getting to know about Guy Winch (just watched two talks from him, and this one). But you get so much practical knowledge out of it...

Dr Winch rocks !!!! I’m totally buying this book.

Been there. Lost my job in 2016 because of mental fog and diminished performance. Employer set me up to fail as a solution. I’m sort of going through the same again but have learned from Guy and others
