The UN was setup that the Security Council has the final word, it takes the FULL (all members vote yes/no with a unanimous vote required, this to stop political favoritism) this was voted on in the original UN Charter by democratic vote. Best bet is to eliminate the UN completely, corruption, nepotism and all out bribery has been their motto from the beginning. I have seen them in action in multiple locations around the world, sometime worse than the crime lords they were there to stop, selling the food to starving people, sick….
