What the operator is doing (Setting parts directly on the bottom, the radiating surface) you should never do! Always suspend or use a parts basket. The ultrasonic transducers are bonded to the bottom of the tank. Keeping the parts off the bottom keeps the life of the transducers long lasting.

Fairly confident that isn't the bottom surface. You can see gap in the edges of whatever those filters are sitting on, looks more like a table far from the bottom.

Hola Gabriel, Gracias por tu comentario. Esta maquinaria limpia remueve la tinta de varias partes de impresion, especialmente los cilindros anilox. Se utiliza los quimicos especiales por el material del parte. No se degrada acero. El unico riesgo de dano es de utilizar el quimico equivocado (come hidroxido de sodio con aluminio) o si el parte esta danado antes, el poder del ultrasonido se agrava el dano. sir, i do have same filter with length 80 cm length and i install it few weeks ago , is there any method to clean it rather than ultrasonic because i could not find size for this length ?? could i use water sprayer pump??

Hello, Depending on what the contaminant is then it might be more appropriate to choose the correct chemical to dissolve and clean the filter

Many different types, but on this occasion, we used a mild caustic

it is a crime in 49 states to not show the cleaned items
