Great extensive review. I do like having the ethernet port on the computer and having it as an option, thank you, Ravi Peiris M.D.

Excellent review and great channel, well done! I am looking to buy this laptop to change my Portege x20w, which is too limiting port-wise and the battery life really sucks (no more than 5 hours browsing, emailing, office work, 50% brightness, in battery saver mode). Until yesterday I thought the Fujtsu was going to solve me both problems, but after your excellent review I'm very concern about the battery life of this machine. It does not look great... Perhaps I just need to ditch the 2-in-1 concept and go with a Lenovo Carbon... Thanks!

Thanks very much Michele Lancione for your feedback and comment. As for the battery life for this laptop it should be better for your usual browsing and emailing as well as office work. My test runs the processor, RAM and hard drive constantly and the usual average office work such as your use wouldn't be smashing all these components as hard as I would be, normally it would be for few seconds to a minute or two, so I am usually reporting the worst time you can get out of the battery life, I'm not a salesperson for any laptop or computer so I rather give you the worst times then some average times.

Wow Fujitsu! An ethernet port and a 1080p webcam and a garaged pen! So much i/o! I'm seriously impressed. Finally an option that might just replace my dying 2016 HP spectre x2 12 inch tablet/pc. That machine has 5mp webcam & 8mp world facing cam, also a 3 by 2 screen ratio, no fan and can be fully detached from the keyboard, but in every other way it is inferior to this Fujitsu machine. Shame about the speakers though, they are quiet and crap on the HP spectre x2 too. Not sure how many decibels they get to to compare though. No such thing as a perfect machine though eh. Does the trackpad have precision drivers or is it synaptics (yuck)? The only trackpads I've used with separate click buttons are synaptics and the gestures it supports are minimal. PS sorry about the edits - a week of night shifts is catching up with me. :/

Yes it's been a while since I have touch a Fujitsu myself and it is pretty impressive to me! I've seen another one which really is different and interesting but trying to find the time to perform the review for it. Yes Fujitsu listening and giving what a good business laptop should be in 2020, ethernet port, 1080p camera and garage pen which is really nice. Aye the speakers are not its strong point and if they improve on this most of the useful part of the computer it will be something that can take down the big names of the 2-in-1. I'm still blown by the weight of computer. I know a few new laptops coming out that's 1kg but they don't have the ports like this computer does! As for the synaptics drivers unfortunately I didn't take note of it so I couldn't answer you properly on it and I have returned the laptop back I am sorry.

Foldable case, interesting! No I haven't seen one yet that will. I haven't seen a case that you can clip onto this laptop. I have seen this laptop use in very abusive environments like school and yet this laptop does very well surprisingly in terms of taking on daily travelling and drops.

I agree Fujitsu laptops aren't easy to find but they do have a hold on certain organizations. For here where I live k12 sector these are available.
