I have CFS and I am wondering if the insights would be valuable to me as someone who is chronically ill. I had an Oura ring for a while but I got frustrated because if I didn’t put it in sick mode the app gave me activity recommendations that I could not achieve. I found this had a negative impact on my mental health. I saw that you can tell it how you feel. How does it take this into account? Can you set your own activity and step goals? Does it give you summaries that point out how “bad” you are doing if you don’t meet “normal, healthy people metrics”?
