    Dr. Klaper is the best doctor ever. He speaks the truth about science and medicine. When he ended up discrediting UIC, for teaching medicine wrong, that was just a bonus for me. The healthcare system is so broken. We need more doctors like him being advocates to fix this system.

    Yes, and he speaks up on the ethical issues too---what happens to the animals....not many doctors do that...he's the entire vegan package

    I completely agree! Our healthcare system is broken and he is speaking nothing, but TRUTH! If we had a million Dr. Klapers in our healthcare system, it would be fixed and probably non-existent from everyone being well and healthy!

    So happy to hear about doctor Klaper's opinion on alcohol... he is so right....people don't want to go there but the amount of "recreational alcohol " people ingest , is mind- boggling !!! ;( its a poison. period. If you drink everyday, lets face it, you're addicted.

    1 hundred years ago natural hygienists, such as Dr. Sheldon, wrote that the human body has absolutely no use for alcohol and that cells are systematically destroyed by this awful substance. My ancestors were all wine guzzlers, and did not live beyond 70, except for my father, who neither drank nor smoked and regularly exercised (swimming and dancing). He died at 92, because of an unfortunate accident, but I wager he could have reached 99 easy.

  • @WellYourWorld

    @WellYourWorld

    6 жыл бұрын

    I have often been concerned about this too! But I have noticed that mine goes up if I drink too much or if I eat oil on vacation or something like that. So it can still be a good indicator of when you are cheating too much, but if you are consistently perfect and you still have slightly high cholesterol then this certainly makes better sense. Dr. Klaper is so great at explaining these complex concepts to us normal people.

    Dr Klapper is spot on with the Supplements, 2 years in to being Vegan i had some issues ..for me low Iodine and DHA was the culprit, dry skin and Hair, as well as water retention whilst being salt free now i am 5 years Vegan and feeling great , we truly have to pay attention to our own Body and not just follow the masses , individual adjustment may be needed depending on your own situation when we don't feel optimal on this Diet its our Body's way of sounding the Alarm because its only job is to survive each day.

    I’d love to know more about when he gave-up dairy, etc. Was he ever overweight? What made him decide to eat this way? I love hearing about his wisdom, now I’d like to know more about his diet history, etc, was he ever overweight

    Thank you for asking about HDL!!! I have been wondering this for years!!! I work at a hospital that makes us check HDL every year as part of our yearly physical and every year I am told that I'm unhealthy because my HDL is too low and their suggestion for fixing it is to eat more oil!!
