for me it’s major anxiety, the only way i can sleep is with nice music or ASMR, i feel so privileged that i can have access to wonderful videos like this at any time.

This is the first video with binaural sounds to ever work on my son, who has ADHD. He struggles to fall asleep, and I’ve tried so many different videos/sounds, but nothings ever helped him get to sleep as fast as this one did. Beautifully done. Thank you!

No because I actually slept so well last night like?? My head has been hurting for days in a row and todays the first day I woke up without a headache :) Edit: I’d rate this a 7/10 SleepTube track after ~3 weeks. I don’t personally like the dolphin sounds bc they sound like birds and kinda wake me up but they stop after a bit (I’d have to guess by around 15 mins in? Idk time trying to fall asleep passes differently istg) but overall very peaceful. I like that it’s longer so if my sleep headphones are charged I can just let it play and see how much sleep I got, unlike with the 3 hour ones. 7/10

Been wondering lately when the new video was coming. Always anticipate. And within 5 seconds my son said “OH MY GOD! OH MY GOODNESS! I LOVE this new circle song for bed!!!” I thought he was going to say something random and off the wall lol but it’s so cute seeing how excited he gets every night like me🥹

That first synth chord hits like, "It's been seven hours and fifteen days"... so yes, timely. 💔🙏💕 And now it's time to go to sleep.
