I had an esketamine appointment today and I usually try to listen to binaural beats. This one popped up and I began listening. Ended up finally having a breakthrough during my session and crying quietly. I think it helped me relax and actually feel my emotions instead of push them away.

This one is SO beautiful..i have listened to "Floating Planet" every night for over a year. I will try different ones, but i end up changing it back to FP. Last night was the first time I listened to something else and it is now my favorite one! Thank you for all you do, i look forward to going to bed and having a restful sleep every night!

I listened to you for almost 3.5yrs straight. Then KZread started adding ads to all of your videos. 5 hours in I'd be woken out of deep sleep to an add. Then on the nap videos, they started pausing and asking if I'm still watching. I haven't watched you in about 2 years now but check from time to time to see if you have any labeled no ads. Can you please create a live stream with one of your deep sleeps!!! Live streams don't have the ads and I would finally get sleep again. I literally haven't slept well since I stopped listening to your channel. Please save me from brown noise and create one continuous live stream! ❤

I had a panic attack yesterday. The last one being back in 2008. It.came out of nowhere. Thankfully I had good, non judgmental people around me to help. I have no idea where it came from. I have been in my feelings a bit lately. Some regrets having been weighing me down. I just don't know where I'm headed and Its a scary thing to face. I'm not sure why I'm saying this here. Its past midnight and I'm usually fast asleep by now. But not tonight. I feel heavy and unsure about the future. I asked myself a simple question just now... Am I happy? The answer is, no. Not even close. But I think admitting amd recognizing that is a very good place to start. Good night world. All my love, Leah.

I listened to this last night and it gave me the most vivid dream where I was totally in control. I was immersed in this dreamlike world but was still present and cognizant of everything. I used to do a lot of lucid dreaming as a teen and I believe this meditation unlocked the door for lucid dreaming once more. Thank you! ❤
