Hello, thank you for your comment. Rank Math automatically creates sitemaps for your website that make it easier for search engines to understand your site structure. The sitemaps are generated on the fly when you enable the module on your new website, so you don't need to create that manually. If you’re looking to create subcategories, you can follow the steps below. 1) You can add and edit child categories in exactly the same way you added your parent categories. 2) When you’re editing a post, open the settings panel and scroll down to the Categories tab. 3) Next, click the ‘Add New Category’ option and type in the name of your child category. Then select the category that you want to use as the parent from the dropdown list. 4) Similarly, you can also go to Posts » Categories to add child categories. 5) Just type in the name of your child category and select the parent category from the dropdown menu. Make sure that the Include in Sitemap option is enabled in the News Sitemap settings and submit your main sitemap to GSC and Google will automatically detect the news sitemap. Index or no-index product tags and product tags in sitemap yes or no?

Hello, Thank you for your comment. There is an advantage in indexing these pages as long as you don't have identical posts and content. In the vast majority of your categories and tags (with a small number of products in many), they can help you rank for a wide range of buyer intent search terms. Tags should be indexed if a store has more than 100 products; otherwise, indexing categories should adequate for most stores to avoid a thin content penalty from Google. Hope this helps.

This can be done by navigating to Rank Math → Sitemap Settings → HTML Sitemap and toggling the HTML Sitemap option. I have seen the limit per post-sitemap is set to 200. I have changed it to 100k. Is there any problem with that?

Hello, Thank you for your comment. Including a huge number of posts in a single sitemap will require more server resources for the sitemap to load. Earlier, the default value for this setting was 1000. But, we’ve observed that Google responds better to smaller pages in sitemaps. Thus, we’ve reduced the value to 200, which is our recommended setting. Hope that helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

We would also recommend that you include your sitemap index in your robots.txt so that most web crawlers will discover your website’s sitemaps easily. I installed Rankmath plugin on my WordPress blog. I was going through my posts I discovered there are duplicated posts so I deleted them only to find out the titles are still showing on my home page but when you click on them it will tell you the post has been deleted. How can I delete them properly
