I might upgrade from the S21 Ultra to the S24. I'm so over carrying around these massive phones. They need a S24 Ultra and a S24 Ultra Mini

I'm not really sure how they could do that you would lose out on most of the features that you get from having a bigger phone if they made an s24 ultra The battery would have to be smaller along with the screen which is two of the biggest things The only thing you'd be getting is a better camera really If they had to put a stylus in there as well the battery would have to shrink quite a bit

I got the s21 ultra aswell and a 100% im getting the regular s24. Its just too much screen 😂

Apart from the AI, only a little is going on, really. The S23 line was great, so the S24 line will be great, but no need to upgrade from the S23 (obviously these days). For people coming from older Samsung-made chips (SD8G1 and older), it is a worthwhile upgrade, like the S23 line. Loads of deals on the S23, so save money getting that or get the pre-order deals on the S24s. Those in Europe may want to wait for the S24 and S24+ to be reviewed as they are Exynos, and apparently, no Exynos S24s were at the pre-launch events, which is a worry!

Can confirm - no Exynos at the pre-launch events! Thus why I tried running the benchmark tests to see - but they were all SD chips... Gonna be interesting to review for sure!

I'm in Texas. Traded my S22 Ultra for the 512g Black S24 Ultra. I've been waiting on a Flat Display since the Note 10+.. I don't care about the AI stuff. I just couldn't pass up the $800 plus a few perks trade in deal.

I honestly think now is the best time to get S23 ultra as they're heavily discounted because of the S24 Release the features that the new phone presents are not groundbreaking vs a heavily discounted last year's model. Plus, as all the phones look the same, you still look like you have the newest model.

pixel has face id that can be used like apple- pixel has game-changing voice-to-text. best call screening feature a better camera. the only thing samsung does better is gaming

Pre-ordered mine, definitely want to try those AI features now that are free, i believe those AI features will be free until the end of 2025.

Not a change from S23 as far as the camera goes. Actually. Not much of a change from the S22U. Which was expected. I literally bought the S24 to uograde the battery life and newer software.

S24 with rouded edges. They just used the mashine that made the iphone. Then installed android on it. I hope they (apple) does not make adds making fun for that. 😊😊😊😊😊😊

Ohhhh Samsung! I was full-on going to get the S24...that was 'until' I found out we were going *backwards*... to the Exynos again....Grrrr! I can _understand_ if you want to incorporate your own chips instead of paying Qualcomm, but if we're the 'Guinea Pigs' for that testing ground - at least give us a reduction in price!! There will undoubtably be benchmarks and battery tests etc between the two....and if, as has been the case previously, the Exynos proves inferior to the SD, where does that leave Samsung and their pricing structure for the rest of the world! Unless that is, because you're afraid of getting a poor performance showing, in your MAIN rivals backyard!

Looks like they take notes. How it's going? Hey.. Then next year they start to charge for AI usage. Who's taking the profit from that 😂 $$. Always that way. Google go in the deal no doubt. Then Elon be in. So yeah. We were very close. But ehh. I feel takes another year. As they said see how goes for the next Galaxy Fold 6 for Ai.. .. . Who knows. I'm thinking lots of those apps you can get my son said. It's a big device we are not sure now. Sounds nice. Just we all thought our shadow was with us. As the cost is high $📱 But looks like we paid for our phone to be just a year of fun. I'm staying with my Galaxy Fold 5. We are happy and that's perfect for now! 🎉 All the best. Not sure if people pay for AI. As they are not told how bad the economy is? Someone should tell them 👌 Especially Western people are real-life Money issues. There pay is gone to half. There rent electricity gas food have gone up by almost double the amount. Bills 💥 Not sure if the banks told Samsung or Google or even Elon.. ✌️❤️🌎

Let's be honest to the ordinary person like me we're not going to notice the difference between snapdragon or exynos or even zoom pixels or focus on the camera.

Agreed. All of the major phone companies are doing it big. We as humans just always want the newest tech, and I'm guilty of that myself 😂 but I'm definitely sticking with the S23 Ultra, I'm not into AI like that so those enhancements don't mean much to me.

The s24 ultra comes with Snapdragon in every region along with the s24 Plus the only one that has exynos in it is the regular s24 in regions outside of the US and China

You might want to look at benchmark cause the Sammy chip is faster then the gen 2 chip last year an on pair this year

UK will get the worser performing s24 and s24+ BUT at least they give u double storage and free watch with orders to sort of make up for it i guess , i did anyway
