Love how well seasoned the fish is all those herbs are just amazing

The green Cilantro salsa is called Chatni in HIndi. Trinidad is famous for Fusion of Indian and African culture, their Hindi inspired music is also called Chatni Music. Choka word from HIndi means delicious.

What I Most Love About YOU is that you make dough look so easy to make and please take this as a very high compliment DOUGH HATES ME even the dough in the can!! I'm more of a cook not a Baker so > tried to make your Roti because I live in apart of Florida where all the food is bad anyway You had me so comfortable I tried Roti and curry shrimp GURRRRRL my hubby want nothing to do with heat or curry it came out so Good hubby now request your Roti with the peas inside Thank You! Now I'm going to try to do these for my clients I cooked for a Food Bank and I have people from the island who I know would enjoy some home cooking just because your in need the food can still be good and spark good memories! Sorry for the short story I just wanted you to know your touching others and your a BLESSING to them and me! Off to get supplies for the green seasoning 🙏👍💛👏👏👏👏😊🤗1 homeless and hungry person will go to sleep with a full belly and remembering FAMILY
