How secure/tight are the Hummingbird fittings? Want to mount this system onto my bikes (pedal cycles), and given the rough road surfaces & potholes in the UK, I don’t want the setup to be rattling when a GoPro or 360 camera is or isn’t attached.

Can you replace the ball head which is on the MT-16 tripod with the Hummingbird quick release ball head? Or can the ball head of the MT-16 not be exchanged for another one?

Unfortunately it's not secure at all and will pop out under moderate hand pressure.
