Ukrainian Soldiers conduct live fire progression

In the final week of training, the first rotation of Ukrainian Recruits trained by Australian Soldiers conducted their live-fire package. The training, consisted of static marksmanship, pair’s fire and movement and live-fire attacks. The course concluded with a graduation parade.
Australian soldiers from the 1st Brigade are deployed to the United Kingdom on ADF Operation KUDU, joining partner nations for the UK-led and based training programme for Ukrainian recruits. The contingent of up to 70 personnel will provide critical training to Ukrainian Armed Forces recruits to support their national defence following Russia’s illegal invasion.
Accuracy and lethality have been demonstrated by Armed Forces of Ukraine recruits during their live-fire training last week. Under the expert supervision of the Australian Army instructors deployed on Operation KUDU, these Ukrainian recruits are gaining valuable experience and skills that will help them serve and protect their country. Starting with static shooting at 100 meters, the trainees moved on to fire and movement in pairs and finished with live-fire attacks.

He should be teamed up with the Sargeant Major. Also I bet he heard that joke since he was Private Sargent.

"The level of motivation they have for protecting their country has been something that's been truly humbling" I have no doubt at all. The difference between training for a theoretical war and one you know is not only real but is happening right now, & one you are going to fight for your life and country in in a very short time must weight incredibly heavily on these trainees minds day, night and into their dreams. Slava Ukraine.

I'm very pleased to see the ongoing support Australia is providing for Ukraine. I'm sure there were benefits for all parties in any case!

Of course nobody on earth wants war, by rights it should be against all human instinct and desire, the concept is to love one another, provide and care, show love and compassion and to teach and educate and accept the fact that first class gomer pyle only wanted to be the sergeants friend and to think they retired and ceased manufacturing the Australian Owen machine carbine but the ak47 or an94 (or whatever it is ak74su), still exist and operates (even though the diggers little darling was far more reliable, the ak has larger round with more mass and e=Mc²)
