Its the same with russian vs ukranian. If a ukraninan speaks the russian will understand perfectly and vice versa. ITS CALLED A DIALECT. Whats next, belarus has its own language too?

That was my first thought too. LOL

My wife's family in Poland is boarding several Ukrainian people, just like many other people throughout Poland. I know from first hand experience that they are a very 'welcoming' culture. They really know how to treat their guests right. I produced a piano song with my band in Chicago last week that we posted on KZread that payed tribute to the Ukrainian people. Anyway, a News source from Odessa liked it and linked it to their Website and it played it until yesterday. It was actually kind of exciting because it generated a lot of views, and also I got to communicate with a lot of different Ukrainian people who are over there through "Google Translate". The bad thing is that since I started talking to a lot of Ukrainian people and watching a lot of the coverage that is on Social Media, I really have been in a lousy mood lately. I really do feel bad for the people who are in this horrible situation. I hope that they can stand their ground against Russia. Anyway, the band is only about six months old, and we have about 20-something original songs posted already. In fact we were in the studio recording another one today. If you click on the Icon, you can check out the song, it is called "Ukraine 2022". Thanks for listening if you do, some people thought it sounds a little bit like Pink Floyd, I even heard someone mention Michael Kiwanuka.

Here's one difference - most of those are men. The Ukrainian men are home, fighting. Also no one's bombing Belarus. They're perfectly safe there as well as in the other five or six countries they crossed on their way to "safety". Those aren't refugees those are migrants.

Ukraine should be now intigral part of Russia and not an independent country with Russian friendly government. Ukraine sold tanks to enemy country Pakistan despite Indian request not to do so. How do you like that?. 87% of Ukrainians don't want to be part of Russia because they have suffered a lot throughout history at the hands of Russians, millions of Ukrainians were murdered by Russians, Russians have been bullying, murdering and taking over their smaller neighbor countries throughout history. To me people like you are selfish, because you don't like something the Ukrainian government did, instantly you want Russia to take over Ukraine and you don't care what 87% of the Ukrainian population want, just what you want to see happen. When people told me that Indian people are extremely selfish only thinking about themselves i didn't believe it but after meeting more and more Indian's and training Indian pilot's and now reading comment's I noticed it's actually true.

@@AviationNut read history. Pakistan was part of India. India should take back now. And Ukrainian were better in USSR than being puppet of USA & EU. Western media is most biased and always shown Russia in bad light whereas the USA and western Europe are criminal throughout history making life hell of Asian and African countries. But gone are days when there was no awareness or social media. Hypocrisy means USA & EU, UK. Chinese & Indian and even Pakistan are with Russian. So, 60% of world population is already with Russia.

This is a typical coat for their culture and their climate. Are you serious? You should see what present day Mongolian nomads wear; they make their coats out of beautiful reindeer fur and hides. It’s really not a big deal.

Fur coats are popular in Slavic countries and have a long history mainly because of our harsh and long winters. It’s still -4/4 degrees celsius where I live in Western Poland 2h from Berlin. It might be a luxury for you but for us it’s nothing special

There are many indications the Kremlin was behind the weakening of his position, because in its eyes Trump was a "hawk" and not a "pigeon" like Obama or Biden.
