Thanks, I met I Kazakh soldier once in kharkiv really nice guy he asked me to take a selfie with him and I forgot ty ask for a copy . I still have a photo of him though in his uniform 😁

I was a Peace Corps volunteer in Ukraine teaching English about 14 years ago, and I worked in a school that is almost identical to the one in this video. It is heartbreaking to see this 😥

For you brave Ukrainian fathers and soldiers I would like to report from the school of my German child: Many of your soldiers sent their wives and children to us (Germany). In my son's school we did the first classes for your children, they are taught in Ukrainian like at home. We try to give them everything they would have gotten from you. They learn well and we keep them playing so they can have a good childhood. Perhaps you will learn one more language...because our children still have to learn Ukrainian, just like your children are learning German while playing. One thing is already certain: the friendship of our children will be the basis of a long peace, across all borders. I thank you brave soldiers and hope that I could at least alleviate your worries about your children.
