As a private American citizen who has been to Ukraine three times since the war started (May-June 2022, July 2023, January 2024) and once to Poland for the purpose to deliver generators to Ukraine volunteers in December of 2022, I was ashamed of my U.S. House of Representatives who could not get their minds wrapped around Ukraine for more than six months, rather than a blocked in their narrow view of life. I won't be able to hold my head high and confidentially so when I later return to Ukraine in June and July of this year. This is because too many Ukrainian soldiers were killed and wounded because of the delay of the $60 Billion Aid Package and the Ukrainian soldiers know this, the civilians of Ukraine know this, and I know this. Hopefully they will forgive me because I did write emails, sent significant photo album of Iprin/Bucha from May of 2022, to Speaker Michael Johnson, and letters, and I protested at the U.S. Courthouse at putin loving U.S. Senator Ron Johnson's Office. I at least got some cold shoulders from his office by some of his staff. I am sorry Ukraine.

Aid package wasted

NATO's biggest mistake is the Montreux convention. Turkey is in control of the Bosporus and Russia also signed this treaty. So NATO cannot send a fleet to the Black Sea.

That's probably a good thing so long as Russia can't send its fleets out. Turkey is the perfect buffer or mediator, though today it acts way more like Russia's friend and colludes. Turkey owns the Straits and so should control them. It even demilitarized them.

I have witnessed this before in my life. Standing in a NY subway you could always tell when the beggars major donor was coming. The beggar would smile big and get happy. Saw the same thing in Cleveland Ohio. Beggar ask me for money and I said the only cash I had was a fifty so I had no change. He smiled and said a fifty was fine. Giving them things for free is never an incentive to better themselves. It makes them dependent. Beggars in small town will offer to clean a windshield or mow grass.

Also since Feb 22 Ukraine received 250 billions of dollars. Result Ukraine population already depleted millions have left Ukraine as refugees plus millions of internally displaced citizens of Ukraine. 20 % land gone economy down. Ukraine is doomed no chance of victory for Ukraine
