@@user-wt1jd4rc9n there is no law saying he has to publicly announce any investigations. If so, he would have announced the investigation into Trump as well. The only reason we even know about the Trump investigation is because it was in the Mueller Report (that no one actually read because they think it exonerated Trump, which it didn’t). He made a calculated decision as a LIFELONG REPUBLICAN to make a public declaration about the Clinton investigation. Comey has buyers remorse now. I have feds in my family and we have had long conversations about this.

No, he reopened the investigation just days before an election on the vaguest of pure speculation. Which proved to be a waste of time since no new evidence turned up. For some reason Comey had a bug under his butt because Bill Clinton had a short conversation when he ran into Obama AG Loretta Lynch. Resulting in inappropriate editorializing when he released the original report in July 2016 and violated every FBI and DOJ rule when he reopened the investigation in late October 2016. And continues to insist he did nothing wrong and would do the same thing again even knowing it was a waste of time and impacted an election. Arrogant and self righteous best describes Comey. A standard Republican affliction.

The SCOTUS whiners must not remember when the court. was mostly blue... and guess what? Republicans made the same complaints about many of their decisions. Our original constitutional system is designed to have checks and balances. When we mess with them too much--and I believe we have and still keep trying to do more--it upsets those checks and balances. It would be better to just keep things constitutional and let things work out.

Only the rich and powerful would assume that the FBI isn’t always authorized to use deadly force if they meet resistance.
The jury will say guilty. The judge will say "do it again, and there will be serious consequences." My expectations are very low.
It will get appealed and some judge is going to believe the BS in the appeal and change it or send it back or something

He will NEVER leave. Even if he loses AGAIN, he will immediately announce another run for prez, undermine what the REAL president is doing, and be a never ending nightmare of continuous coverage of everything trump until his last breath. Guilty verdict and prison time is the ONLY thing that will shut trump up. Prison is def warranted, but also serves as a deterrent to future wanna be dictators.
