In the days leading to the conflict virtually everyone was snobbing Zelenskyy, when he sat down for the interview at the Munich conf. ON UNKRAINE.... She asks Zelensky ..." why did you come here" the friking thing was organized because of Ukraine and she askes the President of the damn country why is he there ??!!! and the tone... oh... shocking, so annoying. Then gives him a broken translator... remember this is watched by millions and the world leaders are seated in the room and you give the man a broken translator not 1 time but 2 times .... then trasnlator still not working she said to him" oh is fine I will just speak and you will act or respond like you understand me" I mean I don't know what she wa trying to prove but .... the whole thing was beyond demeaning. No wonder the First Lady of Ukraine did not want to be interviewed by her.

Yeah because they never really learned what they are doing is simply wrong. Moreover they think they are the better people and everything goes as long they are fighting "Nazis". Soviet Russian wasn't better than the Nazi Germans in fact over the years they killed more than Nazi Germany did. The Western Allies knew that but little could be done, simply because everyone was simply tired of war and so our fragile peace against the Russian remains even today. While we shouldn't forget there are real free Russian that speak against the war, they are being now the target of the Putin Regime.

She has the spirit of what we call the "overcomer." The entire Ukrainian people have that same spirit. They refuse to buckle down to Russian pressures and aggressions. The Ukrainian people have tasted freedoms and have decided to not let it go. As long as they hold on to their dreams and understand that "tears may endure for a night but joy comes in the 🌄 morning." No devil from hell can hold them back. They shall "overcome" and be restored. No one should enjoy watching the grieving during this pandemic my country has lost over 1 million citizens who are now only memories. We still weep for them so we can be genuinely empathic towards the Ukrainian people and really want to help with no strings attached. Thank you for this great communication! Olena Zelenska is doing amazing, courageous work with a network of other strong women, supporting families and children displaced by the war. She is a light in the world, like her husband. Reminding us all of our common humanity, that this could be any of us. That these could be our children, our sisters, our mothers.

Their tears, are the tears of mothers, fathers, children, each one losing one or more family members or friends. For the world community, the grief of Ukraine must stay as raw as those in Ukraine who mourn. Only then, will we have the empathy required to identify with Ukrainians.

Instead I do good deeds because I am already rewarded through faith in what Jesus accomplished on the cross. However faith and deeds go hand in hand two sides of a same coin. The Bible says " whoever does not believe stands condemned" John 3:18. This includes name sake Christian's like Putin and non Christians. Regarding life in heaven, a lot depends on how you lived your life. Exodus 20:6 says "but showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments." You have a chance to fix it for your children. Do not hate God, but seek to know Him through Jesus Christ. Then you can go to heaven knowing that the Father who owns your soul also owns your children. He is a God of promises and He will never go back on His Word. His love and His favour will be upon you and your children for a thousand generations.

That is an extraordinary message from Olena Zelenska. "Don't get used to our grief". However difficult it is for us to view the news reports and the images coming out of Ukraine, that is magnified 44 million times for the nation where its happening, for all of its sons and daughters. I hope we're reaching a point where we don't turn away because it's easier and more comfortable not to look, or because it taps into our own fears and we can't face them. Where we collectively provide a shoulder not just to lean on, but to stand on. "You raise me up to walk on stormy seas. I am strong when I am on your shoulder". They are fighting with immense courage from a position of deep-rooted love for their country and a will for it not just to survive, but to thrive again. And it will. Because of them. And they need us to believe in that, too. In them. In the need to preserve freedom. There are very powerful messages here about common humanity, about the power of unity, about the cost of preserving what is precious to us, and about the need to ensure that tyranny and aggression should never be rewarded.

Will never get used to its grief. It’ll haunt and traumatize everyone who aren’t even there. As for Russians denial, don’t worry, truth will spread like Covid. One by one they’ll start seeing it themselves.

@@rightright6582 Knowing different languages is certainly a big opportunity for people. There have been suggestions that Ukrainians should adopt latinate script etc. & that is what I read into your comment, so apologies if I misunderstood. Ukrainians are quite well educated & many young people do speak English but it is a shame that for the large Russian-speaking population Russian has ceased to become an official language. This is an issue which could have been overcome over the years, instead the government has tried to do what they accused the Russians if. Very sad.
