Here I am thinking Insider meant civilians dropping small commercial drones in Moscow to cause chaos and confusion with lights and the hum of small motors... but nope, they meant actual military drones. Humans are horrible.

What's the difference between an insurrection and a revolution other than the bias of the author or if it was successful?
