I compared UGREEN, APPLE, and UNBREAKcable. For me, UGREEN sounds dark, APPLE and UNBREAKcable can't find the difference.

@@kitanat9944 it means "Bad" since it sounds loosing from "middle-upper" to "upper" frequency and lost resolution. Even loud music (I listen Hard Rock, Heavy Metal), i will not recommend UGREEN.

@@banudino I'm listening through a pair of resolving IEM, and both in your video and in my muliple experiment comparing dacs, what you can hear are different volume output. Perfectly match them and every perceived frequency responce difference disappear. Having said that your comparison method is optimal if you don't have access to instruments to measure volume and frequency responce, but you have to use a protocol to be sure to perfectly match the volumes. Our hearing and biases can fool us very easily...

@@ilariabrandi I have recorded this experiment fairly into my DAW. When I switched the adapter between Ugreen & Apple I made sure not to touch any volume even the slightest bit. Only changing the adapter. Other people have noticed sound character differences between these two products from listening through standard commercial headphones. I should not compromised the volume of the recorded audio, that would make the experiment bias. Human’s Hearing perception as Individuals develope through experience over the years. Not many have the ability to pick up subtle sound information like music producers who have been exposed to many sounds. By the way some of the greatest producers have white hair already. So I hope one day you will become more sensitive to more sound detail in years to come. God bless you .
