    MrGenedancingmachine nah politically correct makes people like you. You live in a closet because you can't say anything outside of it. I'm guessing you have your own issues to come out and just insult someone. Nick and Nate are free to speak. Freedom of speech, remember? Now, you can think however you like. Just know you will be judged for it

    I totally "get" Diaz's brothers mentality and what they are always try to say (well yeah sometimes it's hard to understand them lol). But my point is, i totally get them. I dont know why there's so much hate on them (a lot of love too). I guess hate comes with popularity. PS: What Nate says about CMPunk "situation" here makes total sense with me. I agree with everything he says...

    Nate's right, allowing CM Punk to fight in the UFC is a huge kick in the teeth to all the guys that had to work their ass off just to get on an undercard. Absolute joke of a decision by Dana and Lorenzo.

    Seems like a dice roll. I'm not sure he will draw as high as people think and even Brock had one fight and a college wrestling pedigree before he got in the UFC so you had some idea of what he could do. We have no idea at all what he will look like in the cage. I don't see how you can match him up at all unless you throw in a complete tomato can. Should of made him take an amateur fight before signing him.

    It's the whole brock / james tony thing again. Both of those dudes had high level backgrounds in something and a massive following so I can see the UFCs perspective from a business point of view. Brock proved people wrong, Tony didn't have a chance. I guess we'll have to see how cm punk does before bashing him.

  • @TyrannosavageRekt

    Daniel Carter Surely if he even draws one extra person that it won't technically be a success? UFC fans will watch because they either want to see what he's made of, or to see him (potentially) get his ass kicked. But you can guarantee a lot of wrestling fans will tune in. There's been so much buzz in the IWC surrounding Punk's departure from WWE and the circumstance behind it, despite being on of the company's top guys. Fans will want to see why the change happened.

  • @CallousCarter

  • @TyrannosavageRekt

    @TyrannosavageRekt

    Daniel Carter I'm not sure Punk would be stupid enough to demand a huge paycheck for his first bout. He realises he isn't up to scratch yet, and that's why he's starting from the bottom with guys as close to him in ability as he can. He already faces an uphill battle to win over UFC fans without alienating them further. I understand where Diaz is coming from, though. It isn't Punk's fault, it's Dana and Lorenzo's. It really is a kick in the teeth for young talent trying to make it, but that blame needs to be put on the people running things.

    Nate Diaz made a great point. If CM Punk comes in the UFC 6 months from now. The same time the Reebok deal kicks in. CM Punk apparel Reebok will sell more than anyone on the UFC roster. And he will gain 20% out of the revenue Wow. Becoming the biggest cash cow for the UFC. all the proceeds from the Reebok deal was guaranteed to go to the fighters. we will see how this will work out. This was not a coincidence the same week CM Punk come out to fight MMA and the Reeboks deal is also announced. Is marketing strategy ...a big draw ...a big payday.. Nate Diaz got it right big hustle

    Nate may be slurring and may not be the best at putting sentences together but in this interview he really hits the nail on the head.. Talking about how the deal is good for the company but not the fighter. How it would be nice to be taken care of your company so you would not have to worry about sponsors. How it is disrespectfull for the fighters to have a amateur come in and make 10times what they do. Personally I like a freak show... I would like to see CM punk and the green power ranger have a scrap, but then all would also know it was a freak show, not trying to make him seem like he has any chances at competing at a high level.
