Aw I was at this meet, but the UCLA team left just as I was nearing their table for autographs. This is the only meet I could come close to attending this season, and it breaks my heart to know that after 3 years of waiting to meet you, I probably won't ever have a chance to meet you again :( I didn't get to say this to you in person, but Peng you've inspired me so much and you're just such a great person in general. I will never forget how impressed I was after I watched a bar routine of yours for the very first time. I was new to NCAA gymnastics back then, but after watching your routine and seeing how ecstatic and supportive the entire team was, I fell in love with UCLA gymnastics. Had I not come across that one video of you doing bars at a meet, I would not be commenting this today. I love watching your videos- they never fail to cheer me up. Your energy is contagious, and I really try to strive and be more like you- positive, motivational, and caring. Anyway, thanks for being such a great role model, Peng! I love not only your gymnastics, but your charisma as well. Never stop being you! PS I tried doing the double space buns the night before the day of this meet (inspired by you!) but unfortunately my hair didn't stay put very well so I left my hair down instead. I was so incredibly frustrated with myself for not being able to wear the buns since I knew it was my last chance to ever see you after a meet. Who knew I would come so close, only to have the team walk out just as I was approaching the table :( PPS I sincerely hope you see this comment. I love you and look up to you so much!
