They left it all on the floor. They are all still champions for the great season they had and the impact they make in this sport and how much they show us all how to live life. It's a Ms. Val legacy, a katlyn legacy and a UCLA gymnast legacy. Future teams will still bring it every meet. Respect and love.

They gave their all and left it all on those mats, they inspire everyone they encounter, they are loved all over the globe, they are respectful and show excellent sportsmanship and support for opposing teams, they build each other up, they stay humble and grateful, and instead of dwelling on what didn't happen they celebrated and danced. I’d say they definitely won! We love and will miss you so much Miss Val!! I'm dancing for you guys!

I cried a lot watching this. But like miss Val said she'll always dance and she'll always come for their home meets.

miss val is a god

i love how miss val sees something special in each athlete & everything she says about her athletes is genuine. she knows that some of her athletes are more skilled but she truly believes all the girls bring something special to the team!

I'm not crying, you are!!

You don't have to be at the top of the podium to be the best, or most adored team! The joy I found watching this team on KZread is always how I thought gymnastics should be. Thank you UCLA!

This is going to be one of my favourite videos for ever, one that I will return every day once for the rest of my life, I swear.

the teamspirit is really insane, so special, and what a great vid, pro editing, but then at the highest level, this year made me a fan with college gymnastics, my sis was a great gymnast too, always liked to go watch, but was also always annoyed by the coaches who were strict, didnt seem to be able to show any pleasure, and absolutely had my doubts with the skinny girls, watching this is such a pleasure!!!

Miss Val and Kate at the end made me cry. I niss u guys!!

Ugh! Why am I so sad! What an amazing team and an amazing ending for Ms. Val! She leaves her stamp on gymnastics and she is the light that shines over a time when there could have been so much darkness around the sport. I wish her well in her future.

katelyn ohashi is an inspiration to me to say the least. she is such an amazing athlete that scored 10s. she was body shamed that miss val has made incredible i hope that katelyn goes tot he olympics and i’m sure that miss val would come to as many practices as she can and they’ll all stay the best of friends. thank you for being so inspiring to me when i got a 8.00 on bars and then got a 9.00! miss val trained winners for a long time. thank you miss val.

thank you deanna and val, this video definitely lessens the sting but im so glad of the feats that this team conquered, loved norah and margz's attitude throughout this process i can't wait to see what this team brings to the table next season

No coach I have been around in the P 12 (except for Oregon State Coaches Jon Smith and Scott Rueck) has modeled this essence of winning. Seek not the perfect score but the next level in which you can natural perform. Its being in the natural element or realm that we move passed our potential into living the life of everyday champions. Many will follow Coach Val footstepps along with the other legends. (Benny Beaver- Oregon State '20)

I feel like everyone is cowering, and nobody wants to be the head coach of UCLA as the position has big shoes to fill. They need to announce it soon, the team needs that assurance/direction.
