It's probably straining for her to speak loudly, she may do it because she thinks the camera won't pick it up if she's quiet, or she's not used to the acoustics in the room. It's just a suggestion, and half of the comment section is people suggesting this very same thing. The people who are complaining are for the most part genuinely interested in the story they're just saying its a bit too loud.

I'm not trying to hate or anything, but you keep complaining that your hotel was *so close*. Why didn't you *walk*?
