The PayPal card is through visa I think. It can be used like a regular credit card for online or in store purchases. a lot of places don’t accept PayPal online payment but will except PayPal card for purchases

Most websites have to use a third party processor that allows the shop to accept credit card payments. There are a lot of fraud prevention features attached, they need to update their information for this to stop happening to people. It's a problem on a lot of online shops.

Watching her touch her face while reading the email gave me anxiety cause it’s 2020 now and that corona really gets a FREE TICKET INTO YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM that way.
