This seems like the most straightforward way of making any kind of egg-based custard!

Lemon juice or calamansi juice can remove the color purple stain in your hands, I'm in charge in peeling and grating the ube everytime we make ube jam, it really works 😊 love the cream puffs ❤

😏Would it surprise anyone here to learn that Ube has actually *naturalized* as an _invasive species_ in the wilds of the Southeastern U.S., Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Haiti? (Just thought I’d pass that on…)

““For Elohim so loved the world that He gave His only brought-forth Son, so that everyone who believes in Him should not perish but possess everlasting life. “For Elohim did not send His Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” Yoḥanan (John) 3:16-17 TS2009 ““Repent therefore and turn back, for the blotting out of your sins, in order that times of refreshing might come from the presence of the Master,” Ma`asei (Acts) 3:19 TS2009 ““Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me possesses everlasting life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.” Yoḥanan (John) 5:24 TS2009
I was really surprised to know that ube (or ratalu as it’s called here) could be enjoyed in desserts. Where I live, it’s usually in savoury dishes. Inspired by your videos I decided to make ube halaya (with a coconut dessert for Mother’s Day) and I have to say it’s the BEST jam I’ve ever had!! Never going back :)
