    ok this guy facilitating the training is actually awesome. I feel like it is always good to have someone there in that type of position to optimize training in anything really. Attacking and defending, is interesting because it requires a balance of attacking pressure but also knowing when to let go and give a bit while defending and defending pressure. So you are mutually helping each other finding the happy balance between both of the strengths of each other. It is almost the best way to strengthen something because the feedback is like no other mechanism. He is showing you how to use table time as like weight lifting training.

    Exaclty arm wrestling is complicated theres some angles where it requires different strengths and levels of endurance even using forearm strength is different than using bicep strength holding is different than just attacking or going for the pin.holding can be tough for now

    AT THE END OF THE SESSION, BEFORE THE FINAL WORDS OF LARRY : As the guy in blue is monitoring everybody during the session, it would be nice if he could give his summary of the session. Like , things that each of them should work on, or give some tips about the mistakes he has noticed during the session. This guy or each guy that has enough experience for leading the training. Then Larry could close the session with his own final words.

    Training is different theres alot of endurance involved they dont finish each other off Larry is working his weak points here and its tougher to not go all out and trying to not get pinned at the same time certain positons and trying not to get pinned while hold a bad position is tough.usually in a match some people try to finish each other off but some are experts at holding off till the other one gets tired or both for Larry it might be harder using those forearm muscles to do it more and there's certain angles he probably needs to train more arm wrestling is more complicated ots different muscles and strengths for each angle

  • @venom6164

    @venom6164

    3 жыл бұрын

    Larry did beat them but most of the mstches he was forced to be holding them more than anything and stop them from pinning him in certain angles while not pinning them which is tough plus Larry is also weight lifting lol so its not gojng to be easy hes going to be tired from doing other excersiee as well but he did good

    @Andre McGoo It is really difficult to master any of the moves. The main two moves (hook, toproll) are maybe easy to grasp, but still not easy to master. The shoulder roll/flop wrist press, side pressure hit, and the king's move are all difficult even to grasp, never mind master.
