U.S. Supreme Court destroyed NFA

If you guys like this type of content, let me know, and I can make more. I’m interested in sharing my unique perspective and interpretation of our Legislative & Case Law as well as unconstitutional Executive branch bureaucratic rule making.

for clarification, this determined that the NFA is unconstititional if applied to someone keeping NFA items within their own state. If transported across state lines, then they ruled that congress could create a registry of these firearms. WHY IS THIS NOT MUCH MORE HIGHLY BROADCAST?! GOA, NAGR, FPC, ETC. TALK ABOUT THIS!

I would say it goes much further than that my friend. Your argument is true but just based on the constitutions jurisdiction, the federal government only has jurisdiction over 10 mi.² of Washington DC, and property, owned and operated by the federal government. They shall also have jurisdiction on the borders and be able to punish crimes on the sea, regulating interstate commerce has been so unconstitutionally expanded because of some adults wearing robes, the federal government was never given policing authority inside of the states, the federal government wasn’t given unlimited, policing power on interstate commerce, they were to set the rules that govern free trade between the states so that the laws and rules were universal and didn’t favor one state. For example i.e. California has been illegally regulating interstate commerce for years. Our founding fathers were wise, and they knew this would happen so they prescribed that no state could regulate interstate commerce and the federal government couldn’t regulate commerce to favor one state over another, and yet California stops Ohio semi trucks at the border and denies them entry into the state, New Jersey sees semi trucks from all over the country and demands money, all of this is illegal and unconstitutional. I don’t think anybody is going to wake up and decide to start doing the right thing and give our rights back to us.

And I want to point out, one point that I missed in the video, regardless of how a militia is comprised and regulated the court held that any weapon that is used by the militia (which would be the military) is protected under the second amendment and reserved to the people free from government regulation. So if Pennsylvania National Guard infantry uses the M249 light machine gun then that weapon would be protected under the second amendment and any law abiding citizen could own that weapon free from government regulation. The second amendment hasn’t changed they can’t dwindle a constitutional right to mean less than it did! Unless they follow the constitutional requirement to amend the second amendment, which they have not done ! Therefore, all of these regulations on these protected weapons are void and unenforceable because they are unconstitutional and only a tyrant kangaroo court would uphold unconstitutional law

And if a weapon is too scary to trust to the people, then it cannot be trusted to the government. Yet today only criminals, and the government can own machine guns. Minus the select gun dealers who have a demonstration letter from a government agency.

And ? Have you been taught that Case law Loses effect with time ? Text, history, & tradition is the Standard. When a Fundamental Right is up for interpretation that interpretation shall always Favor the Right of the People & Not the Government. Every legal principle, standard, & doctrine have been spit on by the Greedy Godless Elite Power Hungry Demons attempting to subdue the Hard working American people for over 100 years I wouldn’t recommend bowing to them.
