I think the most dangerous part of being a Calvary scout would be the threat of anti tank land mines, IEDs, or anti personnel mines.

I was in C-Troop,1st of the 9th, Scouts, 1st Cav Div....V-Nam, 67-69, Wounded Dec 12, 1969 in a LOH.....Best job I ever Had......Reservation, S.D.

I was in 1-9 cavalry in 1996 Ironhorse brigade . They go back to 1866 the buffalo soldiers an all black regiment when they where formed. Lots of history furthest troops on the western frontier pretty much the only safety. The black troops earned 15 medal of honors securing the wild west of Indians , Mexicans and lawlessness later would fight alongside Theodore Roosevelt’s Roughriders in Cuba, and from there they'd serve In the Philippines, and onward in about every war that happened to present.

Seems pretty fun tbh

5 meters apart when in just traveling. 10to 15 in traveling over watch so the entire section doesn't get wiped out by a single volley from a machine gun, explosive, or any other area damage weapon.

@@express49 rite no game real world 1st cavalry veteran. 1/5 cavalry blacknights 1992-1994 94-95 96-97 1-9 cav "ironhorse" , 2/7 Gary Owen changed to 1-12 cav semper fidelis 03-06. Fort Hood is hell of place to train, hot as hell and full of bugs and snakes, and miserly.

Isaiah Williams They're just probably on liaison, it might also be a training exercise for them; learning how the Army operates in such situations so for future missions there would be more transparency between the two branches.

Do they stop the battle so u can go peepee? What happens when u gotta poop? Also do do they deliver pizza by helo, if it's more than 30 minutes it's free? Does the Apache helo come with pizza pods so it can deliver fresh hot pizza in the field?
