Your a great trainer. Every video has a solid understanding. I see so many "busy work" trainiers that charge a lot of money for complicated nonsense that you can't ever use in sparring.
I have tremendous respect for you, JT. You're the man.
Thank you for these videos; it helps me to practice even when I'm watching school work. I want this kind of muscle memory on the fly. You are the best 'pandemic' coach that I have started following. Bless you, Sir.
You're looking in a great shape these days, JT. Congratz

Coach JT this ducking style is an amazing style to defense to hooks to head. Tyson also do the same. Thank you for making a vedio on this style. I'll progress it to defense clearly A obedient student🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Everyday i go practice with your training in my mind. U are the best 👑 Respect
Loving the Tshirt JT.
This is a gem 💎. Thanks Coach.
excellent stuff, as usual! thanks for highlighting this concept and breaking it down for us.
This cat is amazing, and sharing for free. I love to watch people who have a genuine love for the process talking about what they do

nice tutorials! good teacher!
so useful and cool !
Love this channel
Great video very useful!! More southpaw techniques and angles would be awesome!!
I like the bob followed by an uppercut. I'm already loaded with a small torso rotation and foot pivot to move forward. They never see it coming
This was great - thanks a lot, man
Fantastic channel. From Ireland.
I welcome any technic that promotes defence.. love peeking style!
YES! Being 5’6 I NEEDED THIS!
Thanks for the vid bro
top stuff as usual
Great content as always
Dope video!
Thanks for solid video
Great job exactly like Cu's teaching, salute from brazil
Thanks JT! Something else to add to my shadow work. I sparred a lot yesterday evening, and my ducking is way better, and for a big part thanks to you! I'll test this Tyson style soon! I've tried the bob several times to initiate a overhand right, but not much visibility.

Great video. Good work
I like this. guy , he explaines it well.
love your videos and would love to have you on our radio program sometime soon
This is cool. I do this and its underated. A lot of the time it makes their 2nd shot put them off balance and they will kind of lurch forward which is another plus.
Dude, ur the f*ckin man. Keep up the quality content J
0 dislike, you are the man!
great video thanks for posting
Great video man
As always.......Thank You, Sir
You're awesome mate
Will you please do a topic on the mind and performance like we asked in the comments in last video , if you can thanks for great channel.
You're so great bro. I'm from Uzbekistan.
One thing I learned from an older gentleman named Carl who trained with Ali in Louisville Kentucky with his original trainer Freddie before Ali was famous. I’m paraphrasing but the gist is this “When you bob to the body no takes advantage of the body everyone is a headhunter, you’re already there might as well shoot a straight right hand to that body and weave with a left hook to the chin. A hook and a uppercut is a anchor punch it will stop a man when he follows you” he also showed us the rope a dope which is cool experience to learn from someone in that era.
I find these Tyson moves not only for short people are good, specially when i m getting exhausted Tyson movement with the right momentum helping me to still throw an hard punch....
I WISH I WAS AT YOUR GYM. I LOVE BOXING AS A SCIENCE.
Very good instructor, wish you would come to California
Quality, thank you, every video is going to my son
great tips
I do your tutorials every day and is so helpful for me! Thank you for helping me for tech boxing !

Great video bro .
Amazing great kool
Fabulous
Following your channel from Afghanistan 🇦🇫🇦🇫🇦🇫
Wow. Good lookin Jt
The bob is part of the slip. You slip in 3's per Cus DAmato left/right and dip down.
Would love to see videos of you coaching fighters.
I'm also short at 1.73m and the peek a boo style is really a comfortable style for me. I hit the bag for exercise but it's nice to learn more especially when you live in a violent country like ours (South Africa) where it could save your life someday. I see with this style, Tyson also used to work the body a lot. You being a boxer will be able to tell me how effective is it? And also does it matter if it's left hook to the liver or right hook to the spleen which does more damage or do both do equal amounts of damage? Thanks, love your videos, I'm subscribed.
Awesome
Great Video! I always thought Tyson did the up-down peekaboo was because he was loading his uppercut.
Glad you mentioned Australia..they know how to knuckle big time! Living in Denver but grew up down there a bit..

Aussie aussie aussieeee
Part of Mike Tyson's use of this technique, is using the duck close to his opponent to slip a punch, followed by springing up and countering his oppenent with a deadly punch. This is because the power is all in the legs, and springing up off the legs drives momentum into the punch. Iron Mike sometimes even jumps off his feet!
I just watched a video today on footwork. And the said Tyson stance was sqaure so that both hands had power. To include squating to duck a punch. So if you worried bout power when ducking, it's your foot work.
Sometimes the body jab is there wen you bob straight down. If your opponent is in too close sometimes the uppercut is there too on the way up
Remarkable !!
Very great video.
Great video just to ask u if u want me could Don even send u a 1 min video on the balance board in the background🙏🙏seen the one you sent me have in the gym but never seen it being used peace out keep up from Scotland 🙏✌️✌️
From philippines here,more powers!
I'd like to see you explain Lomachenko's style. That dude has amazing footwork!

Nevermind, I see you already did. Thanks!
Another advantage that I saw with this ducking is, it's a feint in itself. If you're used to throwing body jabs or you conditioned your opponent to see uppercut movements, this is a good bait, too.
That is really nice hook
I need more videos about this boxing style
Great videos
Yeeeeeesssss I've been waiting for this one! You always have the best content. I've been struggling with ducking and maintaining proper foot work for the counter shot. This is so great!

stop eating animals yeah I've just started boxing at 35 this year and honestly I'm better than very many of the people I've been sparring with in my gym. I strive to get the technique and work very hard however I do know what I have trouble with and openly admit my shortcomings.

+Gina Burton what is gloves? I'm visiting earth soon, show me what gloves is, please. Cheers
When I used vertical bobing or when it is done to me. I noticed the power comes from leaving and coming back up in the sight picture first punch sets up a walk through power 2. Or what ever chosen. So the second hits were the power generated. But I'm tall so ducking gets my face messes up😀
I like to come up with an uppercut when I Bob straight down
Thank you JT. Would you say the peekaboo style is the hardest in boxing. Mike said himself he was never the same physical condition as 86-87 due to lifestyle, drugs etc. Is this why Mike's peak dominance wasn't as long other greats?
