Way to go champs. I only workout out my legs once or twice a week, but I am having problems with recovery. My workouts are simple deadlift leg press occasionally not all the time , a lot of Jumping and body weight squats, occasional leg curl. Why are my legs so tight and stiff. Could it be my age 37. I’ve had Injuries before playing footage basketball, but that should be irrelevant. Any advice

Leg recovery or jus recovery in general? Maybe with your age, and other factors. Maybe your rest days is not enough, and also depends the intensity of your workouts. A lot of factors play in on how fast you recover from your workouts on rest days.

It's your age.. when I turned 38...I had basically the same issue you're having...I could only do really hard track workouts twice a week vs...three to four times a week in my twenties and mid thirties...seems like once I hit 38... you just don't have the same recovery time
