I'm in my 40's and still have the flute my dad bought me when I was 10 yrs old. I lost my dad a couple of months ago and totally forgot about the flute on the highest shelf in my closet until I watched this. She's coming down today!

I’m guessing her sister wasn’t trying to be insensitive but maybe just in shock herself. I’ve been in such a situation where you are so traumatized by something that you are at a total loss for words. I hope she will forgive her sister.

Yess absolutely!! I have been in a few traumatic experiences also… and shock can make you do things that you would never think about doing… both good and a little insensitive… not meaning to be insensitive!!

I feel like if I could get Tyler Henry to do a reading for me I could STOP some of my mental illness medications. Give me some relief from my grief.

Ah, Lizzo, I so get how you feel. My family didn't call me when my dad died. I found out when the condolence calls started coming in. I'm the black sheep, but damn that showed me how cold and cruel my family of origin is. I've embraced my outsider persona, and it's a comfort to see you do that.

We waited on telling my oldest nephews ,my kids were still little and my oldest didn't go in but she was at the hospital,but my mother dearest didn't want anyone see her when she passed , because she didn't want them to remember them that way,😢

My mom said something very similar when she called me to tell me my dad had died... I agree with others here saying her sister was probably just in shock. Obviously not the way you want to find out, but some people can't hold themselves together well enough to figure out a better way to do it in a situation like that. Assuming this is the case, I hope she can come to understand that her sister was just freaking out.

Mine wasn't delayed notification but I was 9 months pregnant when someone in my family passed and someone left a MSG on my voicemail. I was immediately overwhelmed! It was SO TACTLESS! NEVER leave a VOICEMAIL giving someone that news.

Yes-- his readings have a positive effect, so no need to doubt! His readings resonate for almost every individual he serves. That is healing and positive for those individuals, and at least gives a potential awakening for those individuals who may be blocking or not ready to accept what they are hearing. Grief does strange things to people. You just don't know how you are going to react until you yourself are going through it, depending on how close you are to the person who has died. Her sister was grieving and probably wasn't thinking straight when she told her of the father's death. I hope they can now make peace with each other and their mother and rebuild their relationships.

I just can't get over how beautiful she is! And sweet and brilliant.

How do you express something so emotional with sensitivity when you are in shock 🤯 my brother did the same thing when he called me at work to tell me our youngest sister had passed away. I was surrounded by my work colleagues which was very difficult I could not contain my emotions at that moment as I was in shock😢

so i know this was posted 2 weeks ago, but it sounds like it was filmed no more recently than 2018 because of the “finding love in 2019” part. i’m seeing ppl comment on how he didn’t know of her being surprising but i don’t think i knew about lizzo pre-pandemic either tbh. also he knows that he gets high profile celebs in his work since gaining fame himself so it wouldn’t surprise me if he doesn’t consume a lot of media intentionally to remain unbiased… plus being a medium can be draining when consuming media bc there is an absurd amount of energy to be picked up on when scrolling and viewing so much content

Whew. I wasn’t the last to be told, exactly, but the medical examiner called me and left a message, then my aunt called me and left a voicemail thinking that I already knew my dad passed away, and that was the voicemail I heard first. I had been staying with my mom for a month after she had a really rough surgery, and the way Lizzo described it was perfect - it was very jarring.

In the video he says something about her finding love in 2019, which is when Good as Hell and Juice came out, so not unreasonable that he might not have known who she was. If it were 2020 or beyond when he was doing the reading, I'm sure he'd have recognized her!

My dad passed nov 22 and he had a massive stroke I was with him everyday I knew he wasn’t ok my family use to say his ok but I knew he wasn’t I knew ever nite when I left the hospital that could have been the last and one nite it was got a call at 11 saying they was putting him on the breathing medication got a call at 3 in the morning for us to come to the hospital and when I got there I didn’t notice that he wasn’t hooked up on anything and I was like dad hey get up and soon as I said that my sister yelled and said his dead when Lizzo said that I had goosebumps go though my body cause that shock be more then anything my sister yelling that I jus ran out the room and that is something I will never forget I don’t think no one should have to go through losing a Dad or a love one and be told that way 😢🙏🕊️
