My grandmother LOVED Family Matters and specifically, Jaleel's character. I was a kid when this show was on and I remember calling her and she would answer the phone cracking up laughing. She was a quiet, thoughtful, beautiful spirit but Jaleel would have her laughing in tears.. she died in 94 and hearing him speak on the death of his friend brought up so much

I’ve always like him! Love him on family matters and he made me laugh hysterically! Truth be told, l watched the show b/c of him mostly. He made the show interesting and funny plus more. What a fine man he turned out to be! I’ve a lot of admiration for him, the way he’s so close and raised his daughter👏🏾, l can go on! Moreover, when this young woman (Michelle Thomas) who passed away so sadly, his love interest on the show, may She Rest In Peace, l thought oh boy. These two are something else, they deserved each other 😂. The duo complemented the show. That’s life, we lose people we love, we mourn them and we move on. However, we never forget them and we keep their spirits alive and close to our hearts. Until next time!!!

Jaleel, Michelle and literally everyone on that show made my teen years so much better. Made me giggle at a time when I didn't even really have much to smile about. I loved it so much that my best friend gave me a big talking Urkel doll for my birthday. Good, good times and lovely memories. Thanks for all of it!!

This broke my 💔 I wish more people would not be afraid to be vulnerable. It's healthy. I'm glad that he was made a believer in the end. Awesome job as usual Tyler & gratitude for being a channel beyond this realm.

@@Jazzyfresh981992 I was like all you people in here I thought she was dead that changed when I saw her at a church service December 13th 2009 I almost lost my mind I was not even expecting to see her she is light skin she still looks exactly the same as she did in 1998 she just matured I assume she wanted a normal life she is married and she has 3 kids in 2009 she has 1 year old baby a two kids boy and girls around 4 or 5 years old that was in 2009 so they should be 17 or 18 now college it's 2022 now, I don't know her I have not seen her since 2010 but I hope to see her again, she was living in Florida in 2009 and 2010 I don't want to say too much

I did see it, and I wouldn’t have recognized him. Tyler’s a baby compared to us! He’s the ultimate professional and did a beautiful job of course!! ❤

Why are you so certain that the people who bring these messages through are witches and mediums and not talking on the word of God? You can't answer that because you don't know and you and those like you that think it's ok to tell others what to think and believe might be the devil trying to get the rest of us not to listen to God, ever think about that? You're giving your interpretation of a Bible verse, or your ministers version and that's fine but neither of you know that's the truth or the actual word of God. Because you decided I was the one you'd come at we're going to go there... have you ever been declared dead or been near death? I have twice now and both times were filled with good, most recently getting to see my grandma Betty and if it weren't for her telling me I have more to do on this earth, that I had to fight to live I wouldn't be here right now. I'm being tested as everyone is and I do wish I could catch a break but at the same time it reminds me of the times I've prayed to God. To allow me to be sick and not the child I saw going through treatment with me. I chose to believe it's worked as that child is cancer free and I'm not. I'll take cancer every day for a million years over a child ever having it. So if I choose my way of believing and it's worked so far I'll continue on this path. If you choose your way of believing and it works for you then continue on your path. Don't ever tell someone else how they should go through life, you aren't the one to judge me remember?!?

God is the main author. He knew what is going to happen, before it happens, he is our creator, no one else is. That's the kind of God i serve.

I loved Family Matters growing up and Michelle Thomas from Cosby and Family Matters. It was so shocking when she passed

I knew from the title who they were talking about. She seemed like a total sweetheart. I'm 43 and remember watching Family Matters. And Jaleel and Michelle were so great together on screen. God needed an Angel. And he picked a perfect one 🙏

She was a great actress they all were. What a wonderful show

I live for spiritual and “woo woo stuff” and I truly believe there is so much we can’t explain, but that there is truly life and love beyond this physical realm. (Although there are many frauds and opportunists who manipulate and play on people’s emotions for a quick dollar ) Tyler is THE TRUTH, and he and Jaleel are both icons in their own way… this reading really touched me. To see his genuine heartbreak is utterly shattering. I hope he was able to receive some comfort in Michelle's loss.

6:59 I think it really hit him!! How much her life and death affected him. Their friendship was genuine and today, that's a rare commodity!! Listening to him is heart warming. Even after death, their love is powerful. I think she was probably his 1st love (outside of family) and he didn't realize it at the time. They truly have a friendship that will last forever!!

He didn't connect him..Demons pretend to be loved ones, there's a class and certain types of demons that work by imitating loved ones. @@nicolenewsome4863 ALL of that is irrelevant. First loves are not limited to romantic relationships between male & female (GF & BF). I clearly stated: his 1st love outside of family. They were FRIENDS. I spoke on their FRIENDSHIP. I am a deep thinker and my comment was not on the surface level.

He also read Malcolm Jamal Warner Theo from the Cosby show about Michelle it was sad they were in a relationship R.I.H Michelle Thomas.

I saw this when it first aired, and it was touching because I never knew Jaleel and Michelle were so close and that she meant so much to him. ❤

I know that he loved her, Ms. Thomas, a great actress, herself, sad that she passed away, soon. May God bless her soul and bless her family.😢 But always celebrate her life, career, cause she was gifted, humble and blessed. R.I.P. Ms. Thomas.🙏❤️😞

I remember her well and so full of life🎉😢❤Gorgeous soul gone way to soon but will never be forgotten.

The woman, actress was so beautiful and just kind…her reputation preceded her. I once ran into her at the Santa Monica stairs. Michelle was petite and just radiant. I was coming up the stairs and she was coming down and I was caught by surprise seeing her there in person and she saw my expression and just gave me the biggest smile. I worked in entertainment over 20 years and met countless celebrities and my favorite run ins have always been impromptu. It was shocking to learn she passed so suddenly, but she was like Chadwick and didn’t tell many people.

Jaleel, if you see this. Your characters, Family Matters, Sonic, everything, got me through some very hard times in my life. The screen chemistry you and Michelle as Maya gave me hope for finding someone myself some day being the level of nerd I always have been. I was so sad when she passed the way she did. She, in a way, was a hero. Peace and one love to you and all. Thank you for your work.

That’s probably one of my favorite readings I’ve seen Tyler do….so funny!

This was a really great reading.😌 The fact that he questions things but is open is respectable. When he says things like Tyler is "mining" his heart and gives you two hours of enchantment...I think how crazy it must be for Jaleel to realize what he's realizing. So happy for him. You can't argue with what is in front of your face. People will try. But people like Tyler will constantly remind us that we don't really know what we think we know. And just like Jaleel was saying, you can science all day... But what life is happening while we're waiting for science to explain it all...? 🙄😌
