I like it except for having to unhook to load or unload a bike, and the electric lift. Just something to fail when ya need it most....

They are a torsion axle with no crossbar. The axles are stubs and only 3 inch Long with load capacity starting out at 3500 lb and go all the way up to 5200

No we can not make them wide enough. The widest we can go is 68 inch. ( 5’ 8” )

OK design. Can you leave the trailer attached to the tow vehicle. Deal breaker.

Why would that be a deal-breaker? It would take all of 1 minute, to uncouple and recouple the ball. No need to even disconnect the lights and safety chains.

Yes we do but you would have to buy a trailer from us and try your best or buy us out.

This doesn't require plans mate, lol.

The only critique I have for your trailer is ,no tie down anchors.

All four corners have tie down spots welded on the frame.
