Да, всё чётко и по делу.

Looks like a very expensive maintenance job, but definitely got all the use possible from the old parts. A tedious, repetitive task, but as a truck mechanic myself, sometime a job such as this is actually relaxing, compared to system diagnostics. Good to see an operator taking care of his machine, too. A lot of work done in just 2 days!

All the time and effort to remove the walking gear. Should have fitted new seals to the slack adjusters. Hard job later. Set of seals 100 bucks. Could be an expensive mistake

awesome to see an operator taking care of the mechanical side.

For me, The worst bit of changing the tracks and components is taking it into mud for the first time and seeing all those lovely new parts getting covered in muck 😂

Great video. At our workshop we ar tought to always remove the paint of the new chain. We do that “the roughneck way” ,…. we attatch the new chain to the rear of a wheelloader and drive about 5 minutes outside of our workshop. All the fresh paint is removed and then we mount the plates back on the chain. Keep up the good work. Greetings from Holland!!

I worked out of a similar shop with a 7.5 T bridge crane so we could pull the side frame from a D8. We also had a 50T pin press so there was no sledge hammer removal or installation of track pins. I do not miss the work even a little bit.( Happily retired )

Круто! Работал я как то на hyundai r 330 у него на 4-ех опорных катках был сильный люфт. Ленивцы тоже люфтили, на ходу такой скрип стоял, как будто ультразвук по ушам бьёт! Ремонтировать организация его не хотела.

Na in solch einer Werkstatt kann man wenigstens gut arbeiten. Ich habe diese Dinge auch viele Jahre repariert. Es macht Spaß,wenn danach alles wieder funktioniert,vor allem bei älteren Maschienen. Gruß aus Germany!!

Тот случай когда ЗИЛ на ровне с Вольво стоит. Хотя, то как изготовлен экскаватор, все сделано интересно. Даже смена гусениц. Элементарное крепление. Выкрутил, поменял.
