Hi Rich I'm confused. I was told, it's a new law that all homes have to be listed and sold in Pesos. I see this house is listed in US dollars. Can you please let me know if that is true. Thank you.

Good question Julie. I personally I not heard that is the case. However, new laws come in to effect all the time. I’ll put my feelers out and let you know if that is the case. What I do know is that the Mexican deed will always state how much the house was in Mexican pesos on the exchange rate of the day that the notario uses.
