Let's be honest, the only reason why law enforcement doesn't crack down on this stuff despite it being illegal (anime or no) is because it would be a long and drawn-out paperwork and evidentiary nightmare to get the proper warrants, prosecutorial interest, etc to go after it, especially when they're dealing with PLENTY of cases of CSAM with real-life victims that they need to attend to. And even *that* stuff falls through the cracks. But loli still breaks plenty of states's laws on obscenity. Vaush's "slam dunk" of an argument defending CP by comparing it to child labor is a textbook FALSE EQUIVALENCY. In the case of CP, the exploitation of children IS the goal and end result, or if you want to call it that way, "the product". Whereas child labor is an unfortunate side-effect of corporate greed and capitalism and IS NOT the goal, or, "the product". Every piece of CP, without exception, is immoral because the exploitation of children is the desired result. Someone buying a Smartphone is not immoral because: 1.) The consumer doesn't know whether the product was made through child labor, 2.) Not every company employs child labor, and 3.) The consumer's goal isn't the exploitation of children.
