I remember when he made the "youtube drama is stupid" tweet that basically explained youtube dramas in a nutshell obviously making what the people he's siding with look good in the process as in "all they did was" and "it's not that bad". Criticizing people following yt drama yet washing his hands from the fact that he himself is a big KZreadr contributing alot to said drama putting hot take tweets out there for the thousands of his followers to see. A Hero is Born Ethan and Hila successfully defended themselves against an ill-conceived copyright lawsuit after hurting the plaintiff's feelings (Matt Hossinzod.....something close to Hezbollah, I dont know) in a reaction vid. The FUPA fund happened, H3H3 don't go bankrupt. The creator couldn't prove damages, plus Fair Use is a thing, so judge smacked him down, 'quintessential Fair Use' was the key phrase from the decision. H3H3 drops mic and......promptly forgets about 'replenishing' FUPA fund for anyone else, ever... ...A few years Later.... ....Enemy of tH3 Hate ..... It's 2020, but it feels like Ive been stealthily inserted into an alternate history 2016, but now it's H3H3 with the hurt feelings and legal threats after starting a wholly unnecessary content/creator arms race. They haven't documented any monetary damages, and at best it was a 'fan reaction' that cost them the OldSpice deal, not Keem's defamation. H3H3 would also likely be considered at least 'limited purpose' public figures; meaning they would need to prove Keem had knowledge of the falsity of his comments....if they were indeed false. Unless the comments were allegations of a criminal nature, it doesn't rise to per se defamation, so doesn't seem like H3 has a real case to pursue, there. I just kinda hope H3H3 DOES strike EVERY Keem video that features them for copyright. Then Keem can reverse the claims with his own Fair Use defense, forcing H3H3 to sue to enforce copyright....AND THEN......? KEEMSTAR FUPA FUND!!!! Complete the circle, Ethan. ....a vision of 2020 yet to come.... They won't, though. Ethan would just make use of that new 'creator on creator harassment' clause in ToS, and hide behind Susan's snitch snatch catcher and launch Nuclear Community Guideline bombs, ensuring the M.A.D. principle is enacted through to its logical conclusion...

They're both despicable, but at least Keemstar doesn't try to hide behind a veneer of being the good guy. Ethan's just trying to become cool again, but that has been dead and gone since he started his podcast.

They have both done good, and inexcusable things. While both denying their bad deeds. *The fight of the arrogants commences!*

Keemstar is the type of kid in class who is in on the joke and then snitches on you and acts completely innocent

If anyone should have made an expose on Keemstar, H3 is not on the list. There'd be less drama if someone decent made it.
